Our Medical Negligence team works on complex cases, collaborating with experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Partner Samuel Hill specializes in complex medical negligence cases, including birth injuries, surgical errors, mental health negligence, and fatal claims.
You will manage your own caseload while assisting senior team members with high-value cases, aiming to secure interim payments for rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation. Your technical experience in medical negligence will be invaluable in this role.
* 1yr PQE+ experience in Medical Negligence is required
* Able to take instructions from clients and provide sound legal advice
* Demonstrable technical experience in medical negligence is essential
* Ability to manage own caseloads while maintaining attention to detail and seamless service is crucial
