Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to provide practical people related advice to managers & employees across the full range of HR issues.
Advice should include providing understanding of business risks and options for managers to aid them in managing their complex people issues and facilitating effective HR outcomes.
**Responsibilities;**
- Provide consistent, high quality and timely support, advice and resolution to managers on a full range of matters and conditions of employment
- Investigate and facilitate the resolution of grievances and workplace issues
- Implementing and enforcing performance management systems
- Provide timely and practical HR and ER advice
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders
**Key Criteria;**

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence/coach and undertake negotiations
- Significant hands-on HR Advisory experience
- University degree qualification in HR or relevant discipline
- Strong problem solving skills and common sense
- Resilience and a positive attitude
