Main responsibilities include driving customer growth via paid acquisition channels, overseeing comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across paid search, programmatic and YouTube, and analysing conversion metrics to optimise performance marketing channels for maximum value.
Required skills and experience include proven success in managing and optimising paid digital marketing, creativity and innovative thinking, exposure and confidence working with external agencies and internal marketing teams, and expertise in driving segmentation analysis that drives business success.
* Stakeholder Management - experience working with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies with a strong focus on customers.
