One of Australia's reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage with a Business Support / HR Generalist to join their team. The successful Business Support / HR Generalist will work closely with the Senior Officer and will be responsible for a wide range of activities associated with business support, finance, contract administration, procurement, logístical and administrative services. The successful Business Support / HR Generalist will secure an initial 6 month contract plus extension options and a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Business Support / HR Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Deliver invoice and purchase order processing.
Manage the administration of contracts including maintaining accurate records and providing reports and analysis on divisional contracts to management upon request.
Provide administrative support, information management and project assistance across the division.
Provide compliance advice to management and staff with regards to the department's travel, credit card, financial, procurement and contract management policies.
The successful Business Support / HR Generalist will need to meet the following criteria:
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, along with excellent organisational and time management skills with an unwavering attention to detail;
Proven experience develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
