About The Role
The Lead Process Engineer will lead process engineering activities on energy projects in Perth, overseeing design deliverables, mentoring engineers, and working closely with project teams and clients to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Lead process engineering activities for small projects, ensuring technical quality and delivery excellence
* Review and check process design deliverables for compliance with engineering, regulatory, and safety standards
* Supervise, mentor, and support process engineers, providing clear direction and constructive feedback
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
* Ensure process engineering work is delivered within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
* Participate in project meetings, provide progress updates, and drive continuous improvement and quality culture
Experience & Qualifications
* Recognized engineering degree with CPEng status or actively working toward chartered accreditation
* 15+ years' process engineering experience in hydrocarbons, chemicals, or similar industries
* Experience in upstream and midstream brownfield projects; package management highly regarded
* Strong technical expertise in process engineering fundamentals with cross-discipline interface awareness
* Proven project delivery capability, strong quality focus, and proficiency with process engineering software and MS Office. Key business interfaces include technical teams, operations, process safety, and supply chain functions.
