Job Description
* Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks tailored to business requirements.
* Lead the development of secure and scalable IAM solutions for enterprise systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices and standards.
* Analyse and address security risks related to identity and access management.
* Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Document architecture designs, processes, and system configurations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IAM technologies.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful IAM Architect/Lead Should Have
* Proven expertise in identity and access management solutions.
* Strong knowledge of IAM tools and technologies.
* Experience designing and implementing IAM frameworks in enterprise settings.
* Ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
* Technical leadership experience within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity.
