Main Responsibilities:
* To provide hands-on assistance under the guidance of a registered healthcare professional.
* To conduct thorough assessments, ensuring accurate reporting, and contribute to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents.
* Deliver high-quality resident care aligned with current care plans.
* Implement effective interventions that drive positive health outcomes.
A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) is required, administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Recent experience in caring for residents with complex needs is preferred
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance is necessary
