Key Safety Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across on-site solar and renewable energy O&M projectsOversee end-to-end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operationalConduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sitesCollaborate with global teams, including participation in after-hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and AsiaManage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives
Skills & Experience:
Minimum two years’ experience managing O&M projects in utility-scale solar or renewable energy (or transferable experience). Proven management and leadership skills with extensive experience in team development, effective communication, project delivery, and workforce planning. Experience managing contracts, budgets, and technical teams in high-compliance environmentsProven expertise in safety management, including electrical risk mitigation and compliance with WHSEQ standards. Demonstrated project financial management skills and solid knowledge of finance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting. High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of energy generation systems, asset management, and utility-scale inverter technology.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similarCurrent Australian driver’s license
