About the Role
As the Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers - over the phone, online, and in-store. You'll need to juggle customer service with basic admin duties, so being organised and tech-savvy is a must.
You’ll be trained and supported every step of the way. What we need is someone eager to learn and naturally good with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival. Be the friendly face they remember.
- Phone Management: Handle 30–50 incoming phone calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
- Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules.
- Quoting & Product Navigation: Confidently use our website to generate general quotes.
- Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via Podium messaging platform.
- Administration Tasks:
- Daily till reconciliations
- Processing and filing purchase orders
- Scanning invoices, internal filing and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For
- A well-spoken, confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Quick to learn recent computer systems and processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a reception, customer service or admin role (automotive or retail preferred but not essential).
