• Join a positive, supportive team culture in a collaborative work environment About the Role As the Medical Workforce Partner, you'll ensure smooth and effective management of the junior medical workforce across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you'll help enable high-quality care by managing essential workforce processes in a complex and secure healthcare environment.
What You'll Be Doing
• Manage end-to-end medical recruitment and onboarding
• Coordinate allocations, contracts and smooth transitions for new starters
• Maintain and manage medical rosters, including planned and unplanned vacancies
• Support after-hours rostering and act as the key contact for workforce matters
• Coordinate orientation, accreditation and training requirements
• Ensure compliance with legislation, AHPRA checks, privacy and industrial awards
• Maintain accurate workforce data, records and reporting for audits and accreditation
• Provide guidance and support to leaders across workforce initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement, governance and operational efficiency What You Bring
• HR or related tertiary qualification (desirable)
• Previous experience in medical workforce or health workforce coordination
• Strong rostering experience using established systems
• Knowledge of health awards, agreements and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong data and reporting capability
• Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively Why This Role?
