Metal Machinist
Position: Full-time (38 hours per week)

Rotary Engineering has 49 years of Design and Precision Engineering experience. Rotary Engineers design, build and manufacture complex equipment and special purpose machinery.
The company workshop is fully equipped with CNC machinery, a fully equipped design and drawing room with mechanical and electrical design capabilities. The company has highly skilled mechanical and electronic engineers onsite who have a deep understanding in planning and performing maintenance of electronic and mechanical equipment, problem analysis, customer support, system monitoring and maintenance schedules, testing quality control, equipment integration, project management and technical documentation in our service and maintenance department who deliver exemplary service electrically and mechanically to customers. Rotary Engineering also exports to Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, New Zealand and the USA.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Machinist to join our team on full-time basis working a minimum of 38 hours per week. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows, reduce waste, and implement cost-saving solutions.
Operate and maintain CNC milling machines and other related workshop equipment.
•Review technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate part production.
•Machine metal components through milling, drilling, grinding, and shaping to meet tight tolerances.
•Maintain production and quality control logs and assist with inventory planning.
•Communicate with supervisors and engineers regarding machine performance, production schedules, and quality assurance.
Minimum 1 - 2 years (full-time) experience as a Metal Machinist.
Strong analytical skills and experience with process modelling and analysis tools.
•A strong grasp of computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work.
