**This opportunity**
You will be responsible for auditing and understanding existing legacy products, their features and capabilities, customers and revenue attached, and put together a business case and a detailed migration plan for exiting or migrating these legacy solutions onto TPG strategic fixed products.
To be successful, you will work collaboratively with teams across Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Service Management, operations, and customer communications to ensure that the product simplification and migration strategy is achieved and the newly replacement strategic products are launched to Sales.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, build and own the planning and delivery of the fixed products' simplification initiatives, by exiting unprofitable legacy product features and pricing plans and lead customer migration activities onto newly developed and existing strategic fixed products
- Reduce customer churn during legacy migration, by ensuring good customer comms, and developing offers and incentives to encourage customers to migrate onto strategic products
- Understand the market, competitors, and segment opportunities
- Own the performance measurement and reporting of the product simplification initiatives and monitor the progress of migrating customers from legacy onto strategic products
- Develop business cases and perform financial analysis to support the required legacy product exits or migrations, onto new strategic or tactical initiatives and pricing proposals
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, IT, Customer operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and 3rd party partners) to ensure execution of the product migration strategy as well as on developing new/replacement product propositions, and automated migration solutions
- Work with legal and customer communication teams to ensure that we have the required customer notifications and service schedules and addendums for customers to sign
- Support sales teams via product education, collateral, training, Value proposition/offers and sales enablement programs to help them with upselling legacy customers to our strategic products
**Knowledge and experience**
- Outstanding senior influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication
- Expert in commercial product management, and solid commercial acumen
- Experience within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex product migrations and innovation
- Expert in product development, systems, and processes
- Strong knowledge and expertise in telco market based on 5+ years of market experience, specifically in fixed networking products, NBN product portfolio, and private networks
- Experience in leading the definition and design of product proposition, offers, as well as product bundles and customer solutions
- Proven track record of problem solving in complex business problems
- Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude
- Strong understanding of product management and development of end-to-end customer experience
