The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Support Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Ready Industries. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll lead a team of internal and outbound sales professionals, driving performance, setting clear goals, and ensuring seamless support for both internal and external sales operations nationwide. You’ll play a key role in aligning national and state-based sales processes, supporting the General Manager – Business Development, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain relevant materials and campaigns. With responsibilities spanning proposal development, lead allocation, sales system oversight, BDM onboarding and training, and commission review, your focus will be on enabling our teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while helping us achieve—and exceed—sales targets across all regions. You:
•Minimum 3 years experience managing a Sales Support Team (5 years + desirable)
•Previous training and people management experience.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of persistence and resilience.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Knowledge of the construction industry or related sectors is advantageous.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
•Proven ability to drive group revenue and exceed targets
•Skilled in managing teams to meet performance and KPI benchmarks
•Strong attention to detail in overseeing national sales support tasks and responsibilities
