They are seeking first class experienced travel agents with a passion for customer service who go above and beyond to join their team of customer service professionals.
**Based on the Gold Coast your duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Telephoning companies' existing clients (no cold calling)
- Answering questions clients may have about their membership and the company services
- Explaining the features and benefits of the diverse range of products and services on offer
- Inspiring clients to upgrade their membership and take greater advantage of the products and worldwide holiday destinations on offer
- An experienced travel agent
- Passionate about providing 1st class customer service
- Able to build instant rapport over the phone
- Customer / client centric
