As a KEY player in this
LEGAL KNOWLEDGE team
(being led and mentored by a top calibre Legal Knowledge Manager), you will support partners/lawyers in the
Commercial Litigation
team: Keep abreast of
changes in legislation/case law ; Provide
updates/training/legal education
to partners/lawyers; Conduct
file audits/matter reviews ; Create+update
precedents
and firm’s
knowledge repositories/intranet/internet ; Liaise with Client Services+IT teams to develop various
legal technology platforms

We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted lawyer +have minimum
5+ years’ experience
(no maximum seniority limit) in
commercial litigation
(preferably also with some
insolvency litigation
experience); have strong
legal drafting
skills+ high attention to
detail ; have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in
knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology
applications; are seeking a refreshing
