We seek a people-oriented leader with a talent for mentoring and developing employees to foster a unified and high-performing team. With support and mentorship from industry professionals, you will be set up for success to deliver to production schedules & execute work orders to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards. In this role, you will guide a team of technicians, trade assistants, and leading hands, overseeing workload planning and scheduling to meet workshop demands, invoicing, safety & quality auditing, all while prioritising safety and continuous improvement. Roster and remuneration
Roster: 7 days on, 7 days off – 12 hour days
Remuneration: $180,000 pa + 5% bonus + Super

What We Are Looking For
- Previous demonstrated leadership experience in an operational role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High standards for safety, quality, and delivery
- Sound analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Background in mining, manufacturing or heavy industry not essential
