You will create true sourdough breads daily. Hand shaped from stone milled sustainable flours and baked in our 130 year old wood fired oven.
A minimum of 1-2 years of sourdough baking experience is required.
You will be proficient at hand shaping various styles of loaves, managing dough/oven schedules, controlling fermentation of wild yeasted dough. Training will be provided for operation of this now unique oven, and the experience you will gain is like no other. You will be a part of a small, tight team, who strives to deliver the most authentic bread experience to our customers, who are just as passionate about their bread as we are about making it!
You will get to perform all roles within the bakery, from mixing, dividing, shaping, baking, wholesale packing, and even retail if you like.
