Your new roleSacred Heart Community is a 97-bed residential aged care facility providing person-centred and trauma-informed care for residents with diverse and complex needs. Our residents have experienced homelessness, disadvantage, or social exclusion, and include younger individuals not typically eligible for standard aged care services.
As Facility Manager, you will lead a large, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a home where people feel safe, respected, and supported to live with dignity.
