We seek an experienced Business Analyst to outline detailed requirements and ensure that delivered solutions meet documented business needs. This includes supporting business safety strategies and plans, identifying risks, and applying risk management processes.

* Supporting business improvement initiatives by conducting workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements.
* Collaborating with the AWS Improvement Manager on scheduling, budgeting, baselines, risks, and opportunities.
* Strategic stakeholder management and communication, both internal and external.
* Building and enriching customer experiences through efficient delivery of products and services exceeding customer expectations.
Essential Skills:
* Degree qualifications in business, engineering, project management, or advanced diplomas with 1-2 years' experience.
* Ability to engage and influence various stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
* Delivering effective solutions for business improvement initiatives.
* Being a key member of constructive teams and promoting high-performing cultures.
* Strong internal stakeholder management in matrix organisations.
