* Develop and execute a recruitment plan that meets the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities Include
Coach hiring leaders and team members in strategic recruitment planning to ensure effective attraction and engagement of top talent. Drive volume recruitment initiatives across blue and white collar roles, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
* Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with Organisational Development and People & Culture teams to align talent activities.
About You
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in recruitment or HR generalist roles, possessing strong communication and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset. You will have experience managing high-volume recruitment and strategic talent initiatives.
* Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
* Proven leadership in recruitment or HR generalist roles across diverse client groups.
* Strong organizational and adaptability skills with enthusiasm for building stakeholder relationships.
