Job Title: Data Officer
As a data officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our program management by providing accurate and reliable data for client intake, allocation, and caseload management. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring reporting processes to meet internal and external requirements, ensuring compliance and data integrity across all services, and proactively seeking ways to improve processes and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with diverse communities to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Develop, implement, and maintain workflow processes to optimize productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
* A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent discipline and/or relevant experience
* Experience as a support officer in a project-based environment, with a focus on data management and analysis
* Considerable administration experience, particularly with MS Office and databases, with a strong understanding of data security and compliance
