Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation creating real social change and inclusive opportunities. We have a proud 40 year track record operating in a suite of programs in disability, mental health, aged care, homelessness, social and affordable housing, family & domestic violence, child family and community services.
We believe in a shared or collective responsibility to help close these gaps and are looking for can do, positive people, to join our community movement.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position you'll maintain the well-being of clients and help them work towards their goals and aspirations. You'll provide support in their day to day lives by assisting and encouraging them to participate in daily tasks such as meals, cleaning, medication and personal care. You will also assist them to live their best life by enabling them to engage in community participation activities.

Our ideal candidates/s are professional, energetic individual with a 'can do' attitude. You'll have experience working in this sector and enjoy the challenges that this type of work brings. You'll be a great communicator and have a willingness to learn new skills.

Criteria:
* Cert III in relevant industry qualification and/or relevant experience
* Current Driver's Licence
* NSW working with children check or willing to obtain
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
* Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach.
* Ability to follow established support work practices.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
