Administration Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administration Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and performing general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and raising purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support project managers to meet client needs through producing professional reports, proposals, and tenders
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication
* Manage incoming calls and field inquiries
* Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and purchasing
* Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
* Process building permit applications
Requirements:
* Prior experience in office administration is essential
* Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills
* Tech-savvy mentality with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills desirable
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* A team player who is also comfortable operating autonomously and self-directed
