Responsibilities Develop and execute the Pharmacy Channel Strategy for Australia, aligned to overall strategy to achieve sales targets and household penetration goals. Lead Joint Business Plans for priority customers. Coach, support and develop the team to drive capability in support of business priorities and individual career growth. Drive sales initiatives, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and revenue. Monitor and analyse sales performance data, market trends, and competitive activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at key customers. Collaborate with Category teams on Price, Pack Architecture, and new tailored programs for the pharmacy channel. Forecasting and P&L ownership for the Pharmacy channel. Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives aligned with Blackmores’ values. Who you are 10 years’ experience in a Head of Channel or Senior Sales leadership role. Proven ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enable strategic partnerships. Ability to engage, coach, and influence at a senior leadership level and collaborate across organisational boundaries. Resilient and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
