Our client is a global beauty business. They have a number of well-known international brands and are pioneering the world of beauty tech. They provide groundbreaking, high-quality products for women and men of all ages and ethnicities.
Currently, they require a Brand Communications Manager for their key Dermatological Beauty brands for an initial 7-month contract. This role is 3 to 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Advocacy Strategy for the beauty brands. Lead PR and earned media strategy and manage PR agency relationships to increase brand awareness. Manage all content campaigns and execution including talent selection, campaign brief development, content review and media boosted creators. Lead the development of all brand press releases, scripts, seeding materials. Manage influencer strategy and agency relationship, overseeing the development of all advocacy lead content. Lead the PR event and activation calendar and manage agency relationships, executing all brand events. Lead all brand cause campaigns, including the development of all campaign materials and be the key relationship owner with NGO partners. Lead and manage the Medfluencer strategy, engagement, and development in partnership with Head of Medical Relations. Key requirements: Degree qualified in either communications, marketing, journalism, or public relations, or relevant industry experience. Experience as a Communications Consultant or Manager. Ability to create and manage a Brand Communication Strategy. Knowledge of media and public relations channels. Experience delivering briefs to visual designers, freelancers, and external agencies. Experience managing media channels and publication content calendars. Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills. Strong marketing and brand acumen.
