What We're Looking For
We want a qualified, hands-on Lead Plumber with:
Experience supervising & mentoring small plumbing crews
Strong knowledge of compliance & construction standards
A proactive, safety-first approach
High attention to detail & exceptional client service
Proven ability to run projects independently
Pride in delivering high-quality results on time & within budget
Your Key Responsibilities
You'll play a vital role throughout civil & early construction phases, including:
Underground plumbing installation & coordination
Interpreting plans & navigating onsite problem-solving
SWMS preparation + assisting with OHS management
Hazard identification & reporting
Ensuring compliance and schedule alignment
Hands-on support as required to keep progress moving
You'll report directly to the Senior Site Supervisor — and once you're kicking goals, you'll be empowered to build and oversee your own plumbing team across future projects.
