We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office & Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives while ensuring our office and sales display suite operate seamlessly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile property developments while being the welcoming face of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications:
* Assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing (eDMs), and print materials.
* Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand presence.
* Conduct in-depth market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
* Organise and support promotional events, including display suite functions and client networking activities.
* Maintain and update the company CRM (Monday) to ensure accurate and organized tracking of clients, agents, and suppliers.
Office & Display Suite Management:
* Ensure the display suite and office are always clean, well-stocked, and presentation-ready for client and supplier visits at a moment's notice.
* Greet and qualify walk-in inquiries, providing an exceptional first point of contact for potential buyers and partners.
* Liaise with suppliers, agents, and other stakeholders to coordinate appointments and site visits.
* Assist in general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and database management.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms (e.g., Monday).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative.
* Australian Driver's Licence (required for occasional travel to project sites and supplier meetings).
