Job Title: System Integration Expert
Key Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the technical gap between different teams, stakeholders, and clients by delivering seamless system integrations.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse, document, and manage integration requirements across multiple systems, including third-party platforms and internal applications.
* Utilise a strong working knowledge of SQL data and data analytics to drive business outcomes.
* Perform day-to-day API integration & testing with multiple clients.
* Collaborate closely with QA teams, data analysts, and business analysts to ensure end-to-end solution quality and performance.
* Support the design, testing, and implementation of integration solutions within complex retail or e-commerce environments.
* Directly interact with clients – both remotely and face-to-face – to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct impact assessments, troubleshoot integration issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain clear and detailed documentation of integration processes and workflows.
