1. Credentials Required:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
* NSW WWCC clearance
* Immunisation/vaccination requirements
* Primary degree in Medicine
* Fellowship/CPD certificate (if applicable)
* References from previous employers
* CRICOS and Medicare provider numbers
* NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct)
* Indemnity insurance
