We are searching for Accommodation Officers and Supervisors to join our team and make a positive impact on our students. The hours are negotiable and can vary from casual to full time hours.

What you will do:
Student Support: Support the daily care and development of students, ensuring their physical, emotional, social and cultural wellbeing.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and policies, conduct routine checks, and assist with emergency incidents to maintain a secure environment for students.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Assist with students induction, maintain communication with parents and guardians, and participate in meetings with external agencies to support student wellbeing and progress.
What you will need:
Demonstrated experience working with young people in residential, educational, youth work or care setting.
Sound understanding of adolescent development, child protection, and trauma informed care.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop respectful, caring relationships with young people.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively to challenging behaviours, using appropriate behaviour management strategies and demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations.

Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent. The successful applicant will be employed under the appropriate mode of employment.
