This position is a key member of our high-performing sales team, focusing on developing skills and leading growth in the pharmacy channel. The role involves managing strategic customer relationships to drive sales growth aligned with pharmacy targets.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales, profit, and growth targets in the pharmacy channel.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
* Develop and implement customer plans in line with channel strategies.
Financial Management:
* Ensure accurate sales forecasting and manage budgets effectively.
* Negotiate trading terms and manage rebates and claims.
Sales Fundamentals:
* Develop joint business plans with customers, including regular updates to senior leadership.
* Report key metrics and performance indicators timely.
