About The Opportunity
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse passionate about emergency care? Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital Emergency Department, a leading mixed adult and paediatric ED in South West Sydney, invites you to join our dynamic team.
Our current state-of-the-art facility handles approximately 58,000 presentations annually and serves a vibrant community of 200,000 people. We are thrilled to announce that a new, expanded hospital is being built in the heart of Bankstown city centre, on Chapel Road (currently TAFE NSW). This new facility will feature an enlarged emergency department, operating theatres, intensive care units, dedicated services for women and children (including maternity), mental health services, and ample parking. The location is conveniently close to bus and train services, including the new Metro.

What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is located in the city of Bankstown and is in one of the most multicultural local government areas (LGA) in Australia. This hospital has tertiary affiliations with three universities and offers a range of roles and experiences to employees.
The hospital receives highly diverse presentations in ED as well as having general medical and surgical services and sub-specialty services across the hospital.
