A well known and highly regarded restaurant group with venues in Melbourne and Sydney is looking for a senior Somellier and wine ops manager to join their team
Based in Melbourne you'll be an experienced Somellier wanting to move into buying, wine list development across multiple venues and training.
This role will grow into the senior wine buying role for the group and is a long term role for the right person.
Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year

Experience
* Somellier: 5 years (required)
* Hospitality: 7 years (required)
