IT Support Specialist

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels. They will also investigate and resolve reported incidents and service requests in a timely manner using their technical knowledge and available resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant degree in computer science or information systems
* At least 2 years of experience in IT performance analysis and end-user support
* In-depth knowledge of computer programs and hardware
* Experience with CoPilot, SCCM, and Intune highly regarded
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software
