We are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator for our Fremantle Facility.
OWN TRANSPORT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL
What your day can look like:
* Customer Delivery Planning / Bookings
* Job delivery completion
* Monitor trailer vehicle Equipment.
* Customer Communication
* Monitor / manage AQIS shipments that require FCL delivery / planning and coms to customers.
* Daily Systems /Meeting ACFS Portal communication requirements of customers.
* Ability to review system costing in relation to automated VAS capturing and adding if required. (no show, trailer shuffling on site etc)
* Monitoring Planning schedules / High level data entry accuracy.
* KPI system exception management
* Daily VBS, allocating support.
* Daily Customer scheduling improvements
What you can bring to us:
* Previous allocating, planning or scheduling
* Customer account management in a logistics role
* Sound transport knowledge of industry and operations preferable
* Fleet knowledge and understanding of fleet capacities
* Experience with Maximus if you have it (not essential)
If you:
* Are able to work within a team environment.
* Have 1-2 years previous experience in similar role
* Have good Communication skills.
* Have demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety
* Have the Ability to work in a fast pace environment
