About the Role

You will be responsible for generating and qualifying prospective client interest in our leadership development programs using approved systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Professionally represent and promote leadership development programs
* Develop marketing content and ad‐based marketing
* Managing advertising performance
* Implement structured outreach and marketing strategies
* Conduct professional interviews and follow‐up discussions with prospective clients
* Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions
* Support development and provide ongoing guidance
* Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions
* Provide clear, accurate program information to prospective clients
* Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems

* Have a minimum of 5 years professional work experience
* Be currently residing in Australia
* Be self‐directed, self‐motivated and comfortable working independently
* Have an interest in leadership development and professional growth
* Be confident conducting professional online meetings
* Action taker, driven, and results focused
* Wants the rewards of a results‐based environment
* Open mind and willingness to learn
* Sees yourself growing a team and leading them
* Minimum 15 hours a week availability
