Delivery Manager – Digital & Transformation
Our client is undertaking significant digital and operational transformation, and we're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join the team and drive the successful delivery of complex, customer‐focused initiatives.
This role is ideal for a Delivery Manager who thrives in large, enterprise environments and enjoys leading cross‐functional teams to deliver outcomes across digital platforms, core systems, and operational processes. You will be responsible for end‐to‐end delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed predictably, efficiently, and in alignment with Australia Post's strategic priorities.
Acting as a key leader across technology, business, and vendor teams, you will bring structure, momentum, and clarity to delivery while navigating scale, dependency management, and change across a highly visible organisation.
* Own end‐to‐end delivery of complex programs and initiatives across digital, technology, and operations
* Lead cross‐functional teams including product, engineering, business, and external partners
* Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
* Ensure delivery outcomes align to business priorities, customer experience, and operational efficiency
* Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies (PI planning, stand‐ups, showcases, retros)
* Remove blockers, manage escalations, and continuously improve delivery capability
* Provide clear delivery reporting and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
* Embed strong governance, delivery standards, and ways of working
* Support change management and transition to business‐as‐usual
Your Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in a large, complex organisation
* Strong background delivering digital, technology, or enterprise transformation programs
* Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
* Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and dependencies at scale
* Strong risk, issue, and financial management capability
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
* Ability to balance pace with governance in a regulated or operationally complex environment
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, eCommerce, or customer‐centric organisations is highly regarded
