Construction Project Manager
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale institutional projects. Oversee project life cycle: feasibility analysis, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction hand-over and defects resolution.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management;
* Demonstrative experience in managing construction projects within the institutional sector on high-value initiatives;
* Excellent commercial acumen: financial management of budgets, contracts claims and variations analysis;
