We are currently seeking casual Home Care Workers to support our clients in aged care at their homes across the Beaudesert region, including suburbs such as Tamborine, Tamborine Mountains, Mundoolun, Jimboomba and nearby suburbs.
Role
* Offering domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Providing personal care and helping with daily routines
* Offering social and recreational support — from friendly chats to community outings
* Transporting clients safely to appointments or social activities using your own vehicle
* Running errands and providing general support to improve clients' quality of life
What We Can Offer You
* Base pay rate of $33.82 (for Cert III qualified)
* Increase your take‑home (net) pay by salary packaging up to $18,550 p.a., which can cover everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900 p.a.) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650 p.a.).

* Paid training on commencement and ongoing paid training & development.

What You Need
* Currently enrolled in or have completed a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a related field (with a minimum 120 placement hours completed)
* A genuine passion for helping others and a caring, reliable nature

* Qld Motor Vehicle Registration
* Provide First Aid Statement of Attainment – Willing to obtain
* Provide CPR Statement of Attainment – Willing to obtain
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
* Blue Card (or willing to apply)
