Sought after Procurement Specialist
This is a long-term contract role for 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension, located at our client's office with hybrid working arrangements.
As The Selected Candidate, You Will
* Manage ICT-related procurements in accordance with government frameworks
* Conduct procurement activities using best practices and sound judgment
* Identify, manage, and mitigate procurement risks to meet organisational obligations and optimise business outcomes
* Provide high-level advice on procurement-related matters across the Information Services Division
* Work flexibly and apply critical thinking within a team experiencing change
To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
* Demonstrated experience in Government procurement
* Sound knowledge and application of procurement frameworks including PGPA Act and CPR
* Ability to manage end-to-end ICT procurement processes including software renewals and ICT labour hire
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Effective record management and shared mailbox handling
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline security clearance.
