Offer description

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support and Delivery Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, including after-delivery support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-centric administration role, with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.


About the Role:

This is a key member of the Customer Support and Delivery team, where you will coordinate project specific product and materials procurement, analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives, and log and action client feedback.

You will also build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on customer service and client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end administration throughout the project's lifecycle, from processing customer orders to scheduling manufacturing based on client and operational demand.
* Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide status updates on projects.
* Coordinate project specific product and materials procurement.
* Analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Log and action client feedback, provide resolutions and outcomes within service response times.
* Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

* Experience in a customer-centric administration role.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume work environment.
* Efficient prioritization of tasks and meeting crucial deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong customer service focus, ensuring client satisfaction through responsive interactions.
