What You'll Be Doing
* Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
* Shaping, mixing and baking a variety of dough, with proficiency in making sourdough
* Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
* Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
* Bringing ideas, creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake

* Previous experience as a baker
* A passion for quality ingredients, precision, and traditional techniques
* Strong attention to detail and time management
