Happy Trails Early Learning Centre is a purpose built locally owned education and care centre. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Group Leader / Lead Educator to join our growing team. Happy Trails ELC has a strong team focus and aspires to create a fun and enjoyable workplace were all team members support each other to achieve a common goal. We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service and assist team members with the training and development needed to provide this.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge of supporting the delivery of an educational program and a solid understanding of the National Quality Frameworks implementation as well as having in-depth knowledge of children's development from 0-5 yrs old.

The role you'll play
* Be an experienced and highly capable Educator, providing high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF and National Quality Framework
* Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements
* A passionate advocate for children, who believes in their rights and abilities
* You will play a crucial role in the development of the children, happy collaborating with both parents and colleagues to ensure the very best outcomes for each child
* Support and mentor educators within your room, fostering a positive, professional, and reflective team culture
What you'll bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
* Holds previous experience (desirable but not essential)
* A valid Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
* A warm, professional approach with strong communication and teamwork skills
