Job Description
This newly created role was established to lead, manage and develop a high-performance team to achieve a shared understanding and commitment to objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing the quality of audio content in various platforms, including on-air quality, staff skills coaching, off-site days, team training, workshops, and support to key staff across all Audio platforms.
The successful candidate will take principal responsibility for developing and implementing an Audio talent development strategy, including chairing regular meetings with Heads and Directors on talent and managing Quality Advisors.
About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned media professional with experience in planning and delivering innovative programming and content across audio.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leadership, management, and development of high-performance teams, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills to develop strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
