* Lead and uplift frontline staff through training, mentoring, and performance management
* Drive results that have a clear, positive impact on overall branch performance
Requirements:
* Strong leadership experience, ideally gained in a retail banking environment
* Proven experience of holding accountability for risk and compliance, staff performance, and customer experience
* High-energy, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
* Experience of working to fulfill business performance targets and spur growth
