We are a boutique mid size Financial Services Firm with Accounting, Lending and Financial Advisory services. We are a busy firm, with the accounting arm operating on the coast for over 45 years and have been providing exceptional service to our clients over this time. We are growing the Financial Planning arm quickly and have an excellent reputation in the industry. Due to growth, we need a Financial Adviser to deal with new clients to the practice. You would be working along side an existing Financial Adviser and Senior Adviser. We are seeking a go-getter who is keen to continue to grow as an adviser and team member long term.
We develop deep and long-lasting relationships with our clients, this is reflected by the regular referrals we receive from within our client base.
What will your day look like?
As a result of our continued expansion we are looking to add to our team to enhance our service delivery and ease the burden of appointments on the existing advisers. The role is extremely varied and will see the successful applicant actively involved across every level of the advice process.

Grow a database of clients over time that will become your clients to manage and review.
Take over some existing clients.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality and outcome over speed, with trust and accountability for deadlines without micromanagement.
In return for this flexibility we expect deadlines to be met and tasks to be prioritised during busy periods without the need for the Partners or Office Manager to double handle or check that tasks have been completed.
Career Progression
This is a genuine stepping stone to a Partnership position within an expanding practice that embraces technology and a push toward professionalism in the industry. There will be a high level of client interaction and with time it is expected that you will manage a portfolio of the businesses' clients as you mature in your career.
