Back off a solid performance in FY25 and because of an internal promotion, we have an outstanding opportunity to succeed within our medium business Account Management team, covering customers in the Sunshine Coast and Far North Queensland.
This position involves partnering with businesses and selling parcel delivery services, managing around 40-50 medium-sized revenue customers.
You will help your customers in the Sunshine Coast & FNQ thrive as their businesses grow. Working mainly on the road visiting customers (including quarterly regional visits to Townsville & Cairns), you will be a trusted advisor as they use Australia Post for their growth.
The role includes B2B, B2C, and international freight solutions, utilizing the entire sales and account management infrastructure of Australia Post.
You will manage a portfolio of roughly 50 customers, solving various issues and fulfilling their requirements.

About You

Experience in freight or delivery services at Australia Post or similar is beneficial. Understanding industry operations and delivering seamless customer experiences will contribute to your success.
