**Team Leader South Adult Community Mental Health Team**
**Permanent Full time**
**80 hours a fortnight with a monthly ADO**
Up to $20,000 incentive payments may be available to support relocation
(Be reimbursed for rent, childcare, school fees, relocation costs and more). The Victorian Government has allocated funds to support rural and regional Area Mental Health Services (AMHS) to provide incentives to attract workers to roles that are difficult to fill.
The new workforce relocation and incentive grants program is being administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV).

**About the role**
The Team Leader role is the pivotal link between the senior leadership team and the Adult Community Mental Health Team and is expected to provide high level operational leadership and ensure the service provides a high quality and accessible service. The Team Leader works positively towards future developments from within Grampians Health and implementation of recommendations from the Mental Health Royal Commission.
**This role provides operational oversight of the South Adult Communiuty Mental Health team.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate daily operational requirements
- Provide leadership as part of GMHWS Leadership team
- Provide high level clinical advice and direction in relation to day to day provision of triage, assessment and treatment services
- Leading and supporting change
**Skills and experience**
- Strong leadership skills.
- Substantial mental health clinical experience in a range of settings and across the lifespan
- Passion and commitment to delivering accessible, compassionate, person-centred and recovery-focused services
