About the Role
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be the first point of contact for members who need help, providing support with issues related to mental health, wellbeing, and physical safety. You will work closely with our team of Nurses and Psychologists to provide accurate case notes and escalate cases as needed.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate emergency and non-emergency requests under the guidance of our Shift Supervisor
* Work with our team to accurately pass on case notes for escalated cases
* Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for our members
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience working in high-pressure environments, preferably in operations or inbound call centers. You should have superior English communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
