Senior Software Engineer (Unity)
Role Duration: 12months, fixed term.
Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions within the Unity engine to support ARIA’s vision system. Collaborate with a small engineering team, implement features for Android and/or iOS, and contribute to the product roadmap with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent.
* At least 3years of experience in a full‑time software engineering role.
* Proficiency in Unity development.
* Strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, C#, and Java.
* Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience deploying software to Android and/or iOS devices.
* Experience working in a small engineering team or startup environment.
* Familiarity with XR/VR/AR systems within Unity or similar frameworks.
* Understanding of structured or process‑driven development, such as in medical devices or medical software.
* Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills.
